Variety Of Events Coming Up (Monday, February 24, 2025)

• As snow continues to melt, and temperatures start to rise, the county is ready for number of events, so check out some of them in today's newsletter!

  
  

• The Art of Ukrainian Dying, led by local artist, Kylie Proudfoot-Payne, will take place on March 9 from 1-3:30 p.m. at Belington Bakery!

  
  

• Seinfield Night Out sure looks like it will be a lot of fun! Get ready for trivia, food, and dance contest on March 29 from 6-9 p.m. at 17 North Event Center.

  
  

• BoTai's first anniversary is planned for March 1 and 2 - and will feature food truck, live entertainment, karaoke, and custom hat bar! Check their Facebook page for all the details.

  
  

• Also on March 1, Rox Band is making a return to Barbour County - this time at E3 Music and Art Venue from 9 p.m. to midnight. The night before, the venue will feature Tiffani Green and Phil Bowers.

  
  

• Belington is gearing up for Youth Soccer Talbott Cup. In the past, the event has drawn many teams and thousands of spectators to Belington soccer fields. This year's event is on May 10!

  
  

• Mountain Top Music Shop has announced their 2025 Music Market and Open Jam schedule. This event draws crowds from all over the state, and this year the dates are May 18, June 22, July 20, August 17, and September 14. All events will take place from noon to 6 p.m.

  
  

• Don't forget half price skating at the Skatezone in Belington from 6-8 p.m.! Half price night is sponsored by Strutters Baton and Dance Team.

  
  

• Any prospective HS band members can come to social hour and refreshments and informational meeting this Tuesday at 6 p.m.

  
  

• High school basketball teams are also gearing up for their sectional meets, and girls' bracket is already out, and the team very strong chance of making it to the state tournament once again.
