Recently BCBank had two employees, Cathy Shelton and Lilah Phillips, recognized for celebrating 49 years of employment with the bank.

Cathy began her employment with BCBank in April 1975. She has served in various roles throughout the years, and for the majority of her career has worked as Senior Vice President and Human Resource Manager. Cathy also serves as a Board of Director, where she acts as the Board Secretary. Cathy resides in Belington with her husband, Allen.

Cathy’s many years of service are a true testimony to her dedication to BCBank and she is truly valued for her contributions to the bank.

Through the years, her abilities and efforts have helped the success of the bank. BCBank celebrates and takes pride in Cathy’s accomplishment and commitment to excellence.

We want to express our gratitude and appreciation for her efforts, over the years, as we recognize this milestone. Dedicated employees, like Cathy, are the foundation of any successful company.

Lilah began her employment with BCBank in May 1975. She serves as Vice President of Lending. Lilah also holds a seat on the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as Executive Director.

Lilah resides in Philippi with her husband, Ronnie.

BCBank wanted to recognize Lilah on her tenure, as she celebrates a significant anniversary of her employment. Clearly, reaching this milestone is a very special occasion for her. It is also a very special occasion for the bank since it is a testimony of her loyalty over the years.

She is a valued member of the team, and her continued contributions play a vital role in the ongoing success of BCBank.

Forty-nine years of hard work and dedication deserves to be celebrated!
