Two Accepted Into Elite WV Choir

On October 26, 2024, eight students from the Philip Barbour Colt Chords (select choir) auditioned for the West Virginia Choral Directors 10-12 grade State Honor Choir. This is a very rigorous audition that includes sections of the music to be performed, sight reading music they have never seen before, and reading complex rhythms.

Congratulations are extended to the two students who were accepted into the choir this year - Tristen Campbell (tenor) and Morgan Loy (alto). They will be performing in this elite choir on February 8, 2025, in Morgantown.
