Tina Mouser Recognized

The Philippi Lions Club would like to recognize Tina Mouser. Tina joined the Club in 2002, sponsored by Leatrice Gallien. She is currently serving as Treasurer, a position which she has held for several years. She has served as president seven times. Tina has received both the Leonard Jarret and Melvin Jones Award.

Along with Sabrina Ward, she has helped organized the Easter egg hunt since it was restarted. She is the Club's "unofficial shopper", purchasing the books for Halloween, prizes for the egg hunt, gifts for the angel tree, candy for parades, Halloween and Easter. While she states it is hard to choose a favorite project, she enjoys the vision screening, giving out flags to first graders, putting the flags up at Mount Vernon and of course, the Easter egg hunt and Halloween.
