Strutters Win Numerous Awards At The State Competition

Coach Patty Delauder and her Strutters group traveled to Ripley High School on Saturday, November 4, 2023 to compete in the 2024 West Virginia NBTA State Championships. The group participated in both twirling and dance events with other teams throughout West Virginia competing in both individual and group events.



The Strutters won first place in Sr. Dance Line, Youth Pom Line, Youth Halftime Show Team, and Youth Dance Twirl Teams. These individuals members placed first in the State for Individual: Solo boys Twirling - Jayden Croston, and Peyton Richardson for Shabby Chic Modeling. Raylynn Coberly was second in State for Colorguard, Pom Line, and Show twirler, and Nevaeh Collins won Second in State for Solo Twirling. Ali Cunningham won third place for Pom Girl and Second for Show. The kids will carry their winnings and titles over the next year and ranked as the 2024 State winners for both their Strutters Baton and Dance Team and their individuals.
