Search Warrant Results In Arrest

On March 28, a routine investigation led the Barbour County Sheriff's Department to execute a search warrant on a residence located in Junior, West Virginia. The outcome of this resulted in the apprehension of Joseph Hayden Poe, a 23-year-old resident of Junior.

During the execution of the search warrant, law enforcement officials uncovered a cache of illicit substances and paraphernalia. Among the seized items were two baggies containing a crystal-like substance, suspected to be methamphetamine, alongside two additional baggies containing a green leafy substance, believed to be marijuana. Additionally, a substantial quantity of unused baggies, a digital scale commonly associated with drug distribution, and a rifle were also confiscated from the premises.
