Rice Represents County In Poetry Out Loud

Tara Leigh-Ann Rice represented Barbour County at the 2024 Poetry Out Loud Finals in Charleston, this March.

Tara Leigh-Ann is a senior and this was her third consecutive year as Philip Barbour High School's finalist.

She made it to the top five of the state, this year and her parents, Philip and Danielle Rice are very proud of her accomplishment. Tara Leigh-Ann is cheered on by her church family at Living Water CMA as well as her PBHS family.
