Philippi Lions Present Scholarship

Philippi Lions Club Scholarship Committee presented a scholarship to Mauren Miller at the awards ceremony at Philip Barbour High School on May 10. Mauren came to the Lions Club meeting on May 21 to express her appreciation and to introduce herself to the members.
