Philippi Lions Hold Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Philippi Lions Club held their annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 30. President Tina Mouser stated, "We appreciate everyone who came out for the egg hunt and also for all the support throughout the year. This is just one of many things that we do with the money we raise from our fundraisers. One hundred percent of all the money we raise goes back into the community. Special acknowledgment to everyone who donated things, helped fill eggs, and helped out at the egg hunt. We couldn't do it without your support."

Below is a list of the winners of the lucky eggs:

Age 0-2: Baby Float-Arabella Hanifan and Barbara Riley, Dino Arch Spray Pool-Poppy McNaboe and Karter Harper, Easter Baskets-Maverick Griffin and Brandon Parker, Stuffed Animals-Emmett Anglin-Staggs and Brandon Parker.

Age 7-9: Zuru Water Gun-Skylar Phillips, Operation & Twister Splash-Mikayna Jones, Portable Corn hole-Emma Whitlock, Inline Scooter-Heidi Hoxie, Easter Baskets-Lane Compton and Gemma Krizner, Stuffed Animals-Mikyna Jones, Elliot Sublett, Samuel Tollman and Caleb Green.

Age 10-12-Water Slide-Mayzie Payne, LED Bean Bag Toss-Sawyer Sublett, $10 cash-Victoria Cale and Beverly Miller, Easter baskets-Bentley Burch and Madison Arbogast, Stuffed Animals-Tinlea Jones and Gabi Cutright.
