Jeffrey Pack is slated to be the keynote speaker. Pack, from the WV Department of Health Bureau for Social Services, brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for positive change to the forefront.

The spotlight of the summit falls squarely on New Vision, an organization committed to nurturing and guiding young adults as they navigate the challenging transition from foster care to independent adulthood.
