Local Banks Donate To Philippi Lions Club

The three local banks made a donation to the Philippi Lions Club for the prize money for the Halloween costume contest. The costumes will be judged in Walgreens parking lot at 7 p.m. following trick or treat on October 31, 2024. There will be a parade to the Lions Club tent in front of the courthouse, where the winners will be announced.
