Lions Club Donate To 4-H Team

Philippi Lions Club members Millard and Valerie Minor presented a check to Jody Carpenter, WVU Extension Agent and Soils Judging Coach. Four members of the 4-H will be traveling to Oklahoma City to represent Barbour County and West Virginia in the National 4-H Land & Homesite Judging contest in May.
