Leer South Donates Food Boxes

On Monday, November 25, employees of Arch Coal Leer South Mining Complex, started spreading holiday cheer by donating food boxes to residents and the first responders in Barbour County.

Close to dozen employees came to the Courthouse Square, where they handed out total of 300 boxes – 150 to the residents, and 150 to the members of the emergency services (volunteer fire departments, EMS, and police officers).

Boxes contained turkey or ham, bag of potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, sweet potatoes, butter, and rolls.
