Faith Way Baptist Church Holds Fall Fest

Faith Way Baptist Church held a successful fall fest last Saturday afternoon, October 14. The event was held on the grounds of Camp Popeye and was free and open to the public. The afternoon included food, carnival type games and bounce house for the kids, a cornhole tournament, chili cook-off, and pie contest.

The weather canceled the hay rides but allowed the pumpkin launching to go on as planned with the newly designed pumpkin launcher. Pastor David Canny and the church would like to extend its gratitude to all those individuals that made the day possible either by donating items, volunteering time or attending.

Everyone is invited to join a Sunday or Wednesday evening service at the church located on Route 250. Service times are: Sunday School 10 a.m., Preaching Service 11 a.m., Sunday evening service 6:30 p.m., and Wednesday Kids Club/Bible study 7 p.m.
