Dr. Minor Receives Certificate Of Appreciation

Lion Millard Minor, District 29-I Zone Chair and member of the Philippi Lions Club, was presented with the International President's Certificate of Appreciation at the Lions Club District 29-I Fall Conference held in Berkeley Springs. The Award is given in "Recognition of Distinguished Achievements in Fulfilling the Mission of Lions Club International," and is signed by Fabricio Oliveria, International President.
