County Commission Donates To Local Projects

Jack and Nina Daugherty introduced their newly formed non-profit, Bless this Food, Inc. during the April 19 Commission meeting. A $2,500 contribution was approved to assist with the purchase of an additional freezer and refrigerator for food storage.

Barbour County Little League reported their progress on improvements at the Belington Little League fields and the needs that still remain. A $5,000 contribution was approved to assist with additional improvements.
