Barbour County Grand Jury Indicts 25 Individuals

The October 2024 Term of the Barbour County Grand Jury met on November 04, 2024. Presentments were made by Prosecuting Attorney Andrew Lynn Phillips and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Kelsey Gross. The Grand Jury was presided over by the Honorable Judge Shawn D. Nines, Circuit Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. Arraignments will be held on November 26, 2024, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Barbour County Courtroom.
