Arrest List October 9-16


Frederick Lee Savina, 53, of Philippi, arrested on the charge of “Persons prohibited from possessing firearm” by the WV State Police during the traffic stop after the vehicle was observed to be traveling 79mph in 55mph zone on Route 57. Small amount of marijuana and a handgun were found in the vehicle. Savina was prohibited from owning a firearm due to 2000 domestic battery conviction.


Tiffany Mauller, 40, of Philippi, was arrested on the charge of “Driving Suspended 3rd offense” by the Barbour County Sheriff's Department after the traffic stop due to registration light being out on the right side of the license plate. Mauller had previously suspended license in 2007 and in June of 2023.


Kobee Frazee, 21, of Newburg, was arrested on the charge of “Driving Under Influence” by the WV State Police, after they responded to the site of the vehicle crash near Barbour/Preston County line.


Kenneth Graber, of Philippi, was arrested on the charge of “Domestic Battery” by the WV State Police, after they responded to the call about possible domestic violence at the area of Chestnut Ridge Road, and following determining that physical evidence corresponded with the victim’s statement.
