Rotary Club To Start Philippi Chapter

Rotary Club will have its first start up meeting on Tuesday, October 10 at Medallion Restaurant. Dinner will be at 6 p.m., with the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. Those interested in joining are invited to attend.
