Public Meeting Notice

North Central West Virginia Community Action will be holding a Neighborhood Housing Meeting at the Barbour County office on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, starting at 1 p.m. The office is located at 15968 Barbour County Highway, Philippi, WV.

This meeting is open to the public. Everyone who is interested in and/or has questions concerning our affordable housing program to attend is encouraged to attend and invite anyone.
