Barbour County Under Flood Watch

Barbour County is currently under a flood watch. The unusually warm weather paired with all the recent snow has raised the river significantly, and more rain is expected this week. The Tygart is high right now, but not yet bad enough to be a concern in downtown Philippi. Feel free to submit photos of the water levels in your neck of the woods, and we'll keep this post updated for everybody.
